Sometimes you actually get what you ask for...

4th AmendmentSometimes you actually get what you ask for... We live in a society who screams at the government every time some little something goes wrong in our lives. We have granted bureaucrats more power than they deserve or respect because we don't want to deal with our own problems. So... if you are one of those people who expects the government to do everything for you, including frisk your Grandma and Sister Teresa so you can sleep well on your next flight... and you expect that same government to respect Muslims more than your next door neighbor... then get in line, get groped or nuked and shut up. And while you're at it... you might as well chew on what's left of the Bill of Rights before that disappears along with your dignity.

If you are not one of those people... maybe you should have a talk with the whiny butts of your acquaintance who believe more government interference in our lives is better. Maybe you should give them a copy of the 4th Amendment. And, maybe you should argue against selective law enforcement... or the next time you walk into the football stadium... or a concert... or stroll the streets of New York or DC... get ready to suffer the loss of yet another liberty... or you could just start wearing a hijab or burqa.

Fourth Amendment:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Those who would give up Essential Liberty
to purchase a little Temporary Safety,
deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.
-- Benjamin Franklin --
